The pilot delivers 15 qualified candidates matched to your open roles, in weekly shortlists, within 30 days. A qualified candidate holds the license or certification required for the trade and state (verified against public registries where those exist), has confirmed interest in your role, is available inside your hiring window, and has pay expectations inside the range you gave us.
If we deliver fewer than 15 qualified candidates in 30 days, we keep working at no extra cost until we reach 15. The remedy under the guarantee is delivery. It is not a cash refund.
Before the clock starts, send us the roles, the states, the license requirements, and the pay ranges. Give feedback on shortlists within a reasonable time so we can adjust sourcing. If we hear nothing for 7 days, the 30-day clock pauses until you reply.
The pilot is prepaid through Stripe. The 30-day clock starts when payment is received. If you continue on a monthly plan afterwards, invoices are due in advance at the start of the month. Delivery pauses when an invoice stays unpaid for 7 days, and the guarantee runs only while payments run.
Tell us first. If something is not right, email [email protected] and we will make it right: adjust the sourcing, extend the delivery window, or keep working under the guarantee. Give us that chance before filing a dispute with your bank. If we have met these terms, a chargeback is a breach of them.
Candidates are not our employees, and we are not a party to your hiring decision. We verify what public registries show and what candidates confirm to us. Interviews, final screening, background checks, and compliance with employment law are yours.
Candidate names and details are shared with you for your own hiring use. Do not forward them to third parties.
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us for the pilot. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other websites.
We can update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
